Before you begin homeschooling, submit a written notice of intent to your local board of education. You must repeat this step every year you continue homeschooling.

Plan instruction in all required subjects
Your homeschool program must cover Reading, Writing, Spelling, English Grammar, Geography, U.S. History, Arithmetic, Science, Health and Safety, and Physical Education.
